Hi, I’m Katie, and I joined Oh My Smile back in 2019.

My main Role in the practice is front of house. I have had 9 years of experience in the reception role prior to joining Oh My Smile and I also qualified as a beauty therapist.

I love to help people get to where they want to be. Usually being the first point of contact for new and existing patients, it’s always a pleasure to welcome them into the practice. I’m here to listen to any concerns or to just have a little chat!

I enjoy watching the patient’s journey. It’s always amazing to see a patient building their confidence with each visit as they get closer to their end goal. It’s so rewarding to know you are part of such an amazing team who has helped the patient achieved their goals. I really like getting to know our patients.

Outside of the practice I’m kept busy with my 2 little children.  My days off usually include visits to the local play centres & farms. I enjoy getting to the gym when I can, meeting with friends & family, but love nothing more than a mug of Horlicks to finish off the day! I love holidaying abroad, but I do have a soft spot for a UK caravan break.
